The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The central heating in the room was powerful and adjustable, which was great. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in a quiet town and a short drive away from Inverness. there was a small supermarket nearby for any necessities.

The building was in need of renovation and the walls were paper thin, making it quite noisy. The bathroom setup was inconvenient and unhygienic, with the toilet and shower rooms separate and no sink in the toilet room.

From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the hidden treasures this hotel had to offer! The exterior may have appeared run down, but inside, it was mind-blowingly clean and spacious. The staff, with their super friendly and helpful attitude, made us feel like VIPs. The jaw-droppingly delicious food in the restaurant was a treat for the taste buds. Even though the hotel was a bit dated, the flat-screen TV and powerful shower made up for it. And the best part? The on-site car park made exploring the surrounding area a breeze. Trust me, this place is a hidden gem!

The noise level in our room, as it was located above a busy area. It was quite noisy until late in the evening, which made it difficult to relax and unwind.

For the price we paid, the Novar Arms was great value - clean room, excellent wifi, and a tasty breakfast. The location was convenient, with a pub and supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

We had a great stay at the Novar Arms. The hotel offered very good value for money and was very clean. The room had powerful heating and a generous hospitality tray. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bikes inside. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby town and Inverness. a recommended place to sleep when traveling.
