the inn is exceptionally clean - located close to some beaches ideal for august visits. the staff provided great local insights. the standout service was the amazing breakfast - honestly - it was top-notch.

Just had an amazing stay by the River Wyre in August. the jazz duo and breakfast were divine. the view from the room was even better than the photos. DEFINITELY going back!

the evening meal at Cartford Inn was great, but the real highlight was the amazing breakfast. the staff were excellent and the bedrooms were comfortable, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming inn by the river. Our room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful river views. The food was delicious, especially the moule frites which were the absolute best. The service was exceptional, with well-trained and cheerful staff. The breakfast served in the restaurant with a river view was also great. Despite a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved, our overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The inn provided easy, free, and plentiful parking. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed night away.

A charming hotel where I spent a memorable weekend. the room was new, and the sleek design heightened the cozy atmosphere. the lounge area was a highlight, filled with character and amazing river views. the service was superb, the staff welcoming and professional. Every morning I had breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the peace and beauty of the surroundings.

I had an issue with the special diet menu; it seemed the chef wasn't well informed about specific ingredients.

This beautifully restored farmhouse from the 18th century is absolutely mind-blowing! The decor is super chic and clean, and the staff are jaw-droppingly fantastic. The food is top-notch and affordable. Highly recommend!

Food was consistently excellent with a lot of options to choose from. The service was impeccable, and staff were knowledgeable on each dish and its pairing options. The rooms were welcoming, and the relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The surrounding area was beautiful and provided an excellent backdrop for the stay.

There were limited options for vegetarians and vegans, making it hard to find something new. The rooms could get hot, especially in the summer, and a lack of air conditioning made it difficult to find relief.
