The location is perfect, right in the center. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, remembering my name and preferences. They made sure all my requests were attended to and provided excellent service. I felt safe with the constant concierge supervision and top-notch security. I highly recommend Old Bank Hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town.

The location of the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially for solo female travelers. While there was a guard outside the building, we still felt uneasy walking around the area at night.

We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the room, the mini-bar, and the valet parking service. The bar/restaurant area looked amazing and the value for the price was excellent.
