We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always willing to help, even during busy periods. The hotel was well-maintained and the outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying a drink while our dog could safely run around. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the value for money. we had a great experience.

The recent updates to the rooms and bar area were definitely a plus. It made the hotel look much smarter and more attractive. The bar staff were also very helpful and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety and was much better than other hotels in the same class.

One of the downsides was the lack of staff at reception. There were times when I had to wait around for quite some time to check in or check out, which was a bit inconvenient.

Lovely stay at Novotel. The bathroom was great with spacious showers. The view from the window was really nice. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was fresh and delicious. The hotel is undergoing renovations but it didn't affect our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would definitely return in the future. I rate my experience a 9/10.

The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring that all guests have fair access to food. Although there was a good breakfast selection, it was unfortunate that some large groups of people would take more food than they could eat, leading to a shortage for others.
