I had an amazing experience at Novotel in Gdansk! The hotel staff surprised me with a complementary birthday card and cakes in my room, making my celebration extra special. The kids zone and garden playground were a hit with my toddler, and the staff even gave him a soft toy as a gift. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money. The location is perfect - close to attractions but away from the noise. I highly recommend this hotel for a short holiday trip in beautiful Gdansk.

The room was outdated and in need of some repair. the bathroom had mold in the shower and the towels were scratchy.
