Stained carpets in rooms, but great value and quality food makes up for it

I love how the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the tram stop, making it super easy to hop on and explore the city. Plus, there's a retail park nearby with a huge superstore, which was a lifesaver for picking up snacks and essentials. The facilities, including the pool and sauna, added a lovely touch to our stay, allowing me to unwind after a day of adventures.

However, the noise from the nearby tram lines made sleeping a bit challenging at times.

to top it off, my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, as if my comfort was a lower priority. a welcome gift woudl ve been nice, but why would they bother?

Friendly staff, nice flat-screen and room service. No air conditioning made it warm at night.

Consider using the tram for quick access to the city. it's conveniently close and saves time compared to other transport options.

Staying here was a wonderful surprise! The sauna was always hot and empty. The tram station was just a four-min walk away—so convenient!

The noise from the nearby roads and tram lines is a real nuisance!!! Also, the bathroom cleanliness could use some more attention, and that small gym feels a bit cramped during peak times!!! I would’ve expected better for the price!!!

We loved the spacious rooms and the awesome swimming pool. The hotel’s location was perfect—only a quick tram ride to the city center.

The pool was super chilled and the staff were friendly got room service a couple of times and it was on point. Located right next to the tram stop made getting into the city easy.

The bar closed a bit early which was a bummer and breakfast wasn’t included but found nice spots nearby.

The reception area looks clean and inviting, with rooms maintained through daily housekeeping. Breakfast options, including delicious tacos, catered well to our family, and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus for the kids. Access to public transport made it easy to explore the area. however, the bathroom design felt a bit awkward—there was no extractor fan, and the sink was oversized for the space. The bed was too firm for personal preference, but the late checkout at noon eased the departure rush.
