I had a frustrating experience upon check-in when the front desk staff caused a delay. I requested a 5 am shuttle in advance, but they seemed unaware of my reservation and couldn't assist. This almost made me miss my flight, which was incredibly stressful and disappointing.

Our stay was a mixed bag. The Deluxe Queen Studio was spacious but had cleanliness issues, with dirt on the floor and bugs the next morning. However, the kitchenette made meal prep easy. I recommend confirming shuttle schedules to avoid long waits. Breakfast could use more variety.

housekeeping didn’t come everyday. the big room had a small kitchenette, which was super handy! the breakfast had fresh fruits, and the staff were super welcoming, just felt like family. overall, solid stay!
