One of the elevators was out of order during my stay, which could have caused inconvenience for some guests. there was some noise from the road outside the hotel, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

There was no parking on-site and we had to use the nearby parking meters which only accepted cash. the noise level from neighboring rooms was quite high, but thankfully we brought earplugs.

In regards to the service, there were some slow moments when one member of staff would have to manage both the bar and restaurant. Nevertheless, we would recommend this place to our friends because of its great facilities and location, especially the fact that they only change towels upon request.

had an amazing honeymoon at a hotel in Ipswich, and Novotel was even better than before. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for our family of four. The gym and bar area were great for relaxing and the kids loved the Xbox and books. We were really impressed!
