The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk or bus ride away from Liverpool city centre. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with high-quality fittings and even the option to cast your TV onto the screen. The staff in the evening were friendly and helpful, giving a positive impression of the hotel.

It is disappointing that the hotel does not offer onsite parking as advertised. Guests are directed to use a paid parking facility down the road, which is an inconvenience and adds unexpected expenses to the stay.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the spacious and modern rooms. We loved the clean and contemporary look of the hotel. the views from our room were also a highlight, as we had a lovely glimpse of the city. the convenient location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We were able to walk to popular attractions and the city center within a reasonable amount of time.

The worst aspects of our stay were the terrible wifi and the noisy corridors late at night. the wifi connection was extremely slow, which made it difficult for me to get any work done.

We loved the modern and comfortable rooms with a huge, cozy bed. The hotel and rooms were always impeccably clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was convenient for exploring the city center.

Great location, easy to access from the M62 and close to the city center. the staff in the dining room was friendly and the food was really good. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. the gym at the hotel was excellent, well-equipped and maintained.

I must say, for the price we paid, we got amazing value! The room was comfortable and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location was great too, quiet yet walkable to the city center and tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return!

novotel in liverpool was the perfect stay for exploring the city and university. the cafe and bar had friendly staff, and the spacious room with great views made us feel comfortable. the buffet breakfast was nice, but self-service tea/coffee made everything cold.

I had an amazing stay at Novotel. The customer service was exceptional, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the friendly and approachable staff throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and even the hallways and communal areas were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and well presented, with food being replaced almost immediately. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Novotel.

One drawback was the parking situation. As my partner had a van, it couldn't fit in the multi-story parking lot, and we had to spend an hour finding alternative parking.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, just outside the town centre and easily accessible from the station. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the room service to the housekeeping. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and even received a complimentary welcome drink. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. The amenities provided were top-notch, including an ironing facility, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden furniture and the flat-screen TV in the room. the comfort and quality of this hotel made our stay truly enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
