We loved the modern and comfortable rooms with a huge, cozy bed. The hotel and rooms were always impeccably clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was convenient for exploring the city center.

Parking was falsely advertised as onsite but was actually located down the street at an additional expense. This should be noted and corrected.

great location for exploring liverpool, amazing uni buildings, short drive to anfield stadium and liverpool one, breakfast was good, everywhere clean, staff very helpful, open and spacious rooms, lovely bread and pastries for breakfast, fridge in room, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great stay

no teapots at breakfast

Great location, easy to access from the M62 and close to the city center. the staff in the dining room was friendly and the food was really good. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. the gym at the hotel was excellent, well-equipped and maintained.

the parking situation was a major disappointment. the hotel was advertised as having onsite parking, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had to use a paid parking facility down the road at our own expense.
