The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions and street food places. You can easily walk to places or jump in a tube to explore the city. The ground floor bar/restaurant offers a solid English breakfast each morning. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, making your stay enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made sure that all our needs were met and nothing was too much trouble for them. the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access other parts of the city. the room was clean and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area.

The rooms were often not cleaned until late in the evening, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the staff members were unhelpful and even rude at times.

As women traveling alone, we felt totally safe and secure during our stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs. The room was modern, spacious, and had its own thermostat and air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Southpark Underground Station. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The room was fantastic, exactly what I expected and very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The menu choice could be more varied, especially for longer stays when it's easy to get tired of the same options. Additionally, the breakfast cooked meals were sometimes served cold, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with subway stations and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. We also loved how close it was to the river and Borough Market. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even surprising us with an upgrade and personalized birthday treats. We also enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant and the stunning pool area. Highly recommend this place for its convenient location and exceptional service.

We loved the easy and convenient location of this hotel. It was just a short walk from Southwark tube station, making it comfortable to reach by tube. The breakfast provided was varied and rich, offering a great start to our day. The staff, especially the reception team, were extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved this place! It was in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the subway and in a great business area. The service was amazing, and the staff made us feel right at home.
