The hotel is conveniently located just off the M4 motorway, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. The nearest tube station into London is within walking distance, providing easy access to the city. Kew Gardens and the Thames are also nearby, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful nature and riverside walks. The rooms are clean and the amenities are great, including tea, coffee, and water facilities.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast can be expensive and there may be long queues.

Our stay at Novotel was enjoyable. The facilities were clean and functional, and we especially loved the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed in our room was two smaller beds pushed together, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Additionally, we could have used more towels in the room.

Great Easter weekend getaway with my family! the hotel is in a convenient location just a short walk to local shops and near the motorway. We enjoyed the use of the pool, which was clean and refreshing. the staff were very accommodating and friendly, offering us complimentary tea and coffee in our room as well as bottled water.

The breakfast was a bit pricey, and the queues were long. the bathroom glass partition illuminated the entire room, which was disruptive to our sleep, especially with a small child.
