I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a coffee shop in the lobby and a gym and sauna available for a small additional fee. The location was perfect, just across the BEXCO exhibition center and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent English-speaking skills. Transportation was a breeze with the subway station right next door. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near Haeundae beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to the downtown area, near Bexco convention center. The family suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with all amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped. The view from the window provided entertainment. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Spent a wonderful Christmas holiday and the complimentary chocolates and champagne in the room added to the festive feel. The location near public transportation and department stores was perfect for last-minute shopping and exploration. The room had a mini-kitchen and kettle that made preparing hot cocoa easy after a day out exploring.

The bathroom had a design flaw that caused the water to spill onto the floor when taking a shower, making the tiles slippery and unsafe. The air conditioning in the room was outdated and had trouble cooling the room, which was frustrating when trying to sleep on warm nights.
