We loved the close proximity to Borough Market and the accommodating staff at check out. The bar had a great selection of snacks and the staff were friendly. As backpackers, this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We felt so much at home during our stay that nothing was too much trouble.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to multiple stations. The service was exceptional with room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. We appreciated the soundproofed rooms and comfortable sitting area. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and the garden area provided a lovely spot to relax. The staff, in particular, the General Manager, were friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate our requests.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. The view of the Shard from our room was amazing. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive, and our room was always clean and well-serviced. The location was excellent, with easy access to the tube and within walking distance of the Tate Modern and boat rides to Greenwich. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the lady in charge was delightful. The customer service provided by the barman was excellent and really improved our overall experience.

We had a great stay at Novotel. We were impressed by the clever frosted glass button in the bathroom that provided complete privacy. The location was fantastic for exploring London and the rooms were comfortable. A note explaining the button would have been helpful, but overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast options and comfortable bar area. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, giving us tips on how to get around and explore the area on foot.

The design of the 'smartglass' partition between the bathroom and the bedroom was an odd choice, and the lighting was unnecessarily complicated. the rooms were small, and the price was much higher than expected solely due to its convenient location.

The lobby area of this hotel was really stylish and cool, with a very friendly staff. One of the staff members, a French guy with glasses and a beard, was particularly welcoming. the rooms were basic and simple, but clean and comfortable.

The rooms were a bit dirty and not as spacious as they appeared in the online images. the beds, especially the fold away bed, were quite uncomfortable.

This hotel offers a fantastic location to explore the city, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the Shard from some. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provides convenient services like luggage storage.

Some guests experienced issues with noise from other rooms which could be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in London. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service at the reception and in the bar/restaurant. The food was delicious and the breakfast was great, creating a relaxed dining experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to London attractions such as the London Eye, which was only a short 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute Uber ride away. Additionally, the hotel provided top-notch facilities, including well-stocked rooms and a comfortable Club Room option with two separate rooms and a small dining table. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location to London attractions were all outstanding.
