I had an incredible experience at the Renaissance hotel in Zurich. The staff was amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. From providing helpful recommendations and directions to printing out routes and sightseeing information, Alexander at check-in truly went above and beyond. The room itself was spacious and well-lit, which is a rarity in European hotels. The AC was excellent, especially during the hot months. The location was convenient, with a tram stop just a minute away, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the in-room cutlery was not properly washed, with crumbs sticking to the cups and spoons.

I had an amazing view of the mountains from my room, just like they described. The sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The location of the hotel was also great, right on tram line 4.
