I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects, as it was just behind Paddington station by the Paddington basin/Little Venice. It felt safe and was in a business quarter with modern design. Additionally, the hotel was very close to Paddington and a nice area of shops and restaurants along the river. The cleanliness of this hotel was also impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered was amazing, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym room, were well-equipped. a great choice for anyone wanting to stay close to transportation and in a clean and safe area.

We absolutely loved this place! It’s located in a very modern area, surrounded by a lot of business buildings yet it's not far from necessary shops. The staff were super friendly-especially the manager in the evenings and the wonderful young guy with the earring that seems to have been working ALL weekend. We appreciated the room amenities, including the mini-bar, sitting area, and soundproofed rooms. The leisure facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were top-notch. Also, the welcome drink and happy hour were delightful touches.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special. The room was clean, comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were a must-visit.
