During my stay, the room was unbearably hot due to a malfunctioning thermostat, which made sleep nearly impossible. When I approached the staff for a solution, they merely suggested I open a window, despite the lack of privacy and noise from incoming guests. Additionally, I had issues getting basic requests addressed, and overall, the customer service left much to be desired. I expected a higher standard from a hotel at this price level.
