We loved the clean and spacious rooms of this hotel. The location was superb, just outside the door there was a transportation option that took us straight to the center of the city or various tube stations. The hotel was also directly opposite the beautiful banks of the river Thames, making it so close to the river. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and great with the kids.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance such as the Imperial War museum and beautiful areas of London. The hotel is also situated by the riverside, providing a scenic view. The rooms are clean and tidy, with plenty of space for belongings and a good-sized desk. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are friendly and attentive.

The bathroom design is a bit strange, with the sink located in the main room instead of in a separate area. This lack of privacy could be uncomfortable for some guests.

We stayed at Novotel for 3 nights on our family trip. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from the Thames and Westminster Bridge. The room, although not luxurious, was spacious, bright. The breakfast offered good value for money, with a delicious English breakfast available. The staff, especially Vitomil at the restaurant and the friendly receptionist, were extremely helpful and accommodating, even arranging for an early check-in and a surprise breakfast package for our early check-out.

I loved that there was free left luggage for the day, which was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and attractions in the area.

Although the room itself was clean, the dirty and smelly hallways left a negative impression. It would have been better if the hotel paid more attention to maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire establishment.
