loved my recent stay in belfort. novotel went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. the staff was friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable, with a spacious shower. the food in the restaurant was delicious too.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. The bathroom sink was missing a plug and some of the radiators were quite dirty. It's disappointing that some aspects of the hotel were not as well-maintained as others.
