I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a great location near the city center. It was just a short walk away from the university and there were plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The room I stayed in was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff available 24/7. The breakfast included toast, pancakes, and croissants, along with a variety of beverages. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only drawback was the lack of a lift, which made it a bit difficult to carry luggage to the top floor.

I had such a pleasant stay at Number 11! The communication before my arrival was excellent, and upon checking in, I was warmly greeted by the staff. The location was perfect, not too noisy but still within walking distance of the main attractions. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good selection of croissants, cereal, toast, and a nice coffee machine. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful housekeeper. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Belfast.

The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to countless bars, shops, and restaurants. Plus, it's right across from a beautiful university. Check-in and check-out were a breeze using the door code system. the lounge area was a great place to relax with a great cup of coffee.

The TV didn't work properly, and the Wi-Fi signal was low, leading to slow internet. the continental breakfast area was quite small, making it difficult to find a spot to sit.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the modern and fresh decor of the hotel. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, which was great for us. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who served it was very friendly.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is perfect, right beside the botanical gardens which is so lovely. It's just outside the centre but still within walking distance, and in such a nice and smart area. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly, always willing to help. The room was modern and fresh, with all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. There was even a sitting area and terrace with garden furniture, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving it was so friendly. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

the location was perfect, just a short bus ride to the center of the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to have a late check out with no problem. I also appreciated the self-service check-in, which made things very convenient. the rates were also very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in town.
