wow, what a memorable birthday trip in Ilfracombe! stayed at a wonderful place that exceeded expectations. clean, friendly staff, and comfy pillows. location was perfect - close to everything! would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great tips on places to eat and visit in the area. The location of the hostel couldn't have been better, right in the center of the small beach town. It was only a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach. There was also an excellent café just a short walk away, as well as a Weatherspoons Pub within 5 minutes. The hostel itself was comfortable, with a cozy lounge area and a usable kitchen. My private room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom was incredibly relaxing, and I appreciated the storage space with two cupboards and a wardrobe. I would definitely stay here again.

ocean backpackers exceeded my expectations during this short visit. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. we loved the convenient location and excellent value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed, including directions to nearby restaurants and attractions. The location of the hostel was ideal, right in the heart of the town and within walking distance of the beach and other scenic areas. The room we stayed in had a nice view and was equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a good shower, and plenty of storage space. The shared kitchen area was well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were excellent.
