The attention to detail in the design, such as the "rope" coving and quirky touches like the cat with a do-not-disturb sign, was amazing. The staff, particularly Matteus at reception and Lee in the bar, were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. The ship offers a unique experience with modern comforts. The location provides a beautiful setting to enjoy drinks on the bridge as the sun sets. The breakfast in the ship's Lounge/Bar area overlooking the river and surrounding area was a unique and enjoyable experience, with an excellent choice of fresh pastries from a local bakery. Free parking is available right next to the ship and there are bus stops opposite for easy access to Edinburgh Town Centre and Leith Docks. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, making it unnecessary to go into the Town Centre. Supermarkets are also conveniently located nearby for essentials. an amazing stay that I would recommend to everyone.

ocean mist leith was a pleasant surprise for our stay in edinburgh. the staff went above and beyond, especially with my 7-year-old son. the room was beautifully restored and the breakfast had a great variety. convenient transport links and close to royal britannia experience.

During our stay at Ocean Mist Leith, my partner and I were treated to an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped aboard, we were greeted by a friendly and proud staff member. Our cabin, with its spaciousness and comfortable bed, provided a peaceful retreat. The ensuite bathroom was a luxurious surprise, complete with a heavenly shower and charming nautical decor. We were delighted by the special touches on my partner's birthday and on Valentine's Day, which added to the romance of our stay. The continental breakfast in the bridge bar was delightful, offering a great selection of delicious items. The staff throughout our stay were always attentive and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests. We are already planning our next visit to this hidden gem.

We loved the excellent breakfast selection at the continental buffet, with the option to make our own toast or crumpets. The seating area in the hotel was comfortable, offering a pleasant view. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Parking was convenient, located virtually by the gangway. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the city center via bus or tram.
