During my recent stay at Ocean Stays Hotel, I was impressed by the clear and detailed user manual provided for self check-in. It made the process quick and easy, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel apartment was also outstanding, with all facilities in excellent working condition. The comfortable bed and extra pillows provided added to the overall comfort of the room. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare my own meals, which was a great convenience. The inclusion of Netflix and various TV channels made entertainment options readily available. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby sights and attractions.

One minor drawback during my stay was the limited amount of instant coffee provided. As a couple staying for three days, we were only given three packets, which seemed insufficient.

The room and bathroom were clean and modern, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the Hoe park and the city center. It was also a short walk to the Barbican and Royal William Yard, making it convenient for exploring the area. having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a great convenience, especially when traveling with a toddler.

The check-in process was a bit problematic, with a misleading online form that caused confusion. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions.

The room on the ground floor was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a great shower. The location was ideal, close to Tesco's and just a short walk to the water. It had more of an Airbnb feel than a hotel, which I loved. The clear instructions provided in the email made everything easy, from parking to using the coffee machine. And in the hot weather, the electric fan provided was a blessing. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
