For the money, Old Croft House Bed & Breakfast was an absolute steal. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The location was spot-on, right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient to explore local pubs and eateries. The staff, Nick and Rachel, were beyond helpful and even upgraded me to a better room for free. They made my stay truly memorable and I can understand why this place has such a high rating.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, always eager to assist and offer recommendations. The room was spotlessly clean with a luxurious bathtub - perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The location was ideal, right in the heart of town, making it convenient for shopping and exploring.

The inflexibility with the checkout time. We requested a later checkout due to our train leaving in the afternoon and wanting some extra sleep after a tiring trip, but unfortunately, it was not possible.

We had a short stay at Old Croft House and Nick and Rachel, the owners, were incredibly accommodating. They helped us with transportation, prepared a delicious gluten-free breakfast, and were overall very friendly and welcoming. The beautifully restored and decorated property created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the shower was fabulous. The hospitality and breakfast options were outstanding. We would definitely consider staying here again, as it ranks among the top places we've visited in the UK.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and sincere welcome we received at Old Croft House. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and memorable. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area and offered us tea and cake upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom, although not en-suite, was beautifully designed with a claw bath, separate shower, and luxurious toiletries. The breakfast served was excellent, with a great selection of options. We were also grateful for the fresh milk provided in a thermos flask, a small detail that made a big difference. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this B&B for its great ambience and exceptional service.

had a lovely overnight stay at a cozy b&b in kirkby stephen. charming traditional furnishings with modern amenities. superb breakfast options and even packed lunches available. mango tree restaurant across the road is a must-visit. warm hospitality from nick and rachel. exceeded expectations yet again.
