Pleasant ambience and sound of water wheel aids in a restful sleep.

the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location right on the river bank. Additionally, the staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious shower cubicle in the room. Despite the twin beds being a bit narrow, the mattress was sufficient for a comfortable night's sleep. And to top it all off, breakfast was included in the price - a great way to start the day!

Booked as a getaway with my partner, we enjoyed a tranquil and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing, with a complimentary upgrade and a home from home feeling. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, from cleaners to receptionists, waiting staff to kitchen staff. The bar and restaurant had a lovely ambiance, with a nice view of the mill. The breakfast was delicious, but the highlight was the evening meal - the best ribs my partner had ever had and the nicest meal I've had in a long time. The shower was excellent and our river-view room on the first floor had a stunning view of the river.

Whether you prefer a leisurely boat ride or a quick bus journey, getting around is a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's basic amenities and spacious shower cubicles make for a comfortable stay.

Whilst impressed with the hotel's location and design, there were some minor setbacks. the room had an unpleasant cigarette smell and was quite noisy due to other guests gathering outside our window.
