The staff were really kind, I especially liked the lady with the blonde hair at breakfast and the polite service in the restaurant in the evening. the views from the verandah were stunning, surrounded by trees and hills. Even though there was a bit of a steep ramp to the room for my wheelchair, it didn't impact my overall experience, as the staff were so helpful and accommodating. 🌲

The room was fab , super clean, with a semi, private balcony boasting a jaw, dropping view. Amenities were top, notch, the pool looked fantastic, and the affordable price had me mind, blown! LOVED the peaceful vibe and the friendly staff ready to assist with anything! Plus, having breakfast included as a nice bonus made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a breeze to find a spot in the car park, and the buffet breakfast spread was just mind, blowing. With onsite facilities like the pool, tennis court, restaurant, and even a spa, there was no need to step out during my short vacay. the ceremony gardens provided stunning views, adding to the overall amazing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, high up in the hills, provided breathtaking views that were simply mesmerizing. The staff, from management down to the cleaners, were all extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room service was impeccable, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The hotel amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I also loved the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

We had a really lovely stay here and will definitely be coming back. Our room was perfect with gorgeous views over the lake and bushland. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a lovely spot down the mountain to relax in the new vineyard. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly, and the meals were beautifully presented and delicious.
