The Viewing Room had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, hob. Good location near the beach. Large, clean room with hot water and free WiFi. Convenient lock box for check-in. Well-lit entrance hall for late returns.

We were those taking off early, so the private location and efficient heating were perfect. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and TVs in both the living area and bedroom. Great central location, just steps away from the beach and close to the town center. Tea, coffee, and other essentials were provided. Allowed early check-in.

Stayed for 3 nights exploring Jurassic Coast. Comfortable and clean studio apartment, equipped kitchenette, close to beach and Tesco within walking distance. Found lovely pub restaurants and a quirky bar, and enjoyed local parkrun. The apartments are newly done with great staff and owners. Free parking nearby. Location is great with spacious rooms and good facilities. Definitely recommend this place!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront and close to the town center. It was easy to explore the city and take a stroll along the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful romantic escape by the beach with lots of lovely walks. the location was perfect as we were just a short walk away from the beach and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved exploring the nearby town of Branscombe and the Jurassic coast for fossil hunting. the apartment itself was modern, spacious, and well-appointed. the kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and we appreciated the comfort of having a TV in both the main room and the bedroom.

there was no parking available at the hotel, so we had to park at a nearby car park which incurred an extra cost. the lack of air conditioning or a fan made the nights quite uncomfortable during the summer months, as we were unable to open the windows due to the noise from the traffic and the pub patrons.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! the apartments were newly renovated and had a great breakfast bar. the staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town, within walking distance of everything. We loved the two outside terraces, one on the balcony and one on the ground level. And the food at the bar was delicious with generous portions. Plus, there was a huge TV in the apartment! it was so much better than staying in a hotel room. We highly recommend Old Picture House for a comfortable and convenient stay in Seaton.

The location was just right in the center of town, so I was able to explore the local amenities and the nearby beach easily. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, fridge, oven, and coffee machine. The cleanliness of the accommodation was top-notch, and I was provided with nice fluffy towels. Additionally, the staff were great and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right near the beach where I wanted to be. The restaurant across the road served delicious food and the seafront was just a short walk away.

The parking situation was a real hassle and there was only limited parking available outside the hotel.

The mattress was too hard and bumpy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were a couple of maintenance issues.

the noise from the nearby road could be a bit disruptive at night. Although it didn't greatly affect our sleep, it could be a potential issue for light sleepers.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, causing us to resort to sleeping on the floor.
