The breakfast options are fantastic, with a superb vegetarian selection and high-quality tea. Plus, the hot foods are cooked to order, ensuring a delicious start to the day. This hotel is a perfect choice for an annual Christmas meal with family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was served with enthusiasm and was absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were also impressed with the parking arrangements, as we were able to park nearby without any hassle. The hotel's location in the quiet area of the Licky Hills provided us with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel. Everything was flawless, from the spotless room to the powerful shower and comfy bed. the location was excellent, offering both convenience and scenic views. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly friendly and helpful. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was of such high quality that it nearly rivaled my late dad's cooking. I can't recommend this place enough.

We also appreciated the comfortable bed that helped us rest well after a busy day exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel is located near key attractions and public transportation, which made it easy for us to get around.

Outdated room decor and lack of clean windows. The brown carpet in the room looked old and unclean. The tiny television in the large room was also disappointing. Lastly, the windows were dirty and it was difficult to enjoy the view. However, despite these minor issues, we had an overall pleasant stay.
