As a family with kids, we loved the fantastic pool with no chlorine and the ideal temperature for a refreshing swim. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided impeccable service, making us feel like valued guests. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily access popular attractions such as the Lyceum Theatre and Covent Garden. The tastefully decorated rooms were spotless and provided a comfortable retreat, and the valet parking service was convenient. The hotel also left thoughtful surprises in our room to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. a wonderful stay.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, with Covent Garden just around the corner and the vibrant theater district right next door. The lobby bar had a great ambiance and the cocktails were top-notch. I had a truly memorable experience and I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect post-Christmas break.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location close to the tube made sightseeing and celebrating very convenient. It was not far from all the big landmarks and in close vicinity of major shops. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the hotel facilities, such as the pool and steam room, were top-notch. The staff provided a warm greeting on arrival and were lovely and very friendly throughout my stay.

We had an amazing stay at One Aldwych. The staff members were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the theatre district and the river Thames. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We especially loved the special birthday treat for my daughter and the thoughtful amenities for our dog. The spa and pool were excellent, and the breakfasts were delicious. We can't recommend this hotel more.

best stay in london ever. location superb - next to covent garden, the strand. staff excellent all-round, helpful and polite, especially to our pekingese. room lovely, beautifully decorated, comfy bed. spa excellent, great pool and sauna. breakfasts delicious. enthusiastic and caring staff. will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel for a special treat.

They made me feel welcome and attended to all my requests promptly. the location of the hotel was great, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and high-quality furnishings.

Such a lovely hotel, with beautiful decor and friendly staff. the location is fantastic, right next to the Lyceum Theatre and Covent Garden. the room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and aircon. the breakfast options were great, with both cooked and healthier options available. the valet parking service was convenient and the hotel even left some special treats for our anniversary. a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning.

This hotel provided excellent service and luxurious amenities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the spa centre was perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. the food options were outstanding, with a special diet menu available for those with dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue we experienced was a delay in receiving towels when we visited the swimming pool and sauna area.
