The Orange Tree is ideally situated opposite the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. The hotel is located in a nice area of London on the Thames river, offering picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with extra added touches that set it apart from usual branded hotels. The rooms on the 2nd floor were immaculate and had opening windows for fresh air that weren't near any noisy generators.

Stayed at a wonderful hotel in Richmond with excellent staff and a large, comfortable room. Despite being near the airport and a busy road, the room was quiet. the location was perfect, close to the train station and bus stops, making it easy to explore Kew Gardens and the River Thames. the hotel also had a great bar with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. the room in the eaves was charming, and the bath at the foot of the bed was a nice touch. the new manager was very helpful and open to feedback on how to improve.

The Orange Tree in Richmond offers a warm and simple atmosphere with fantastic staff. The room design is very nice, with a coffee machine and lovely tea setup. The spacious bathroom with big, new towels was a pleasant surprise. The dining area is worth staying in to experience a real British hotel with soul. Recommended if it fits your budget.

Comfortable room with attractive decor, loved the window seat. the staff were lovely and went out of their way to assist us. - Good bathrooms and beds were comfortable.

Shower took ages to drain, and we didn't receive much assistance when we reported it. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our suitcases up the stairs.

They offered complimentary water and sweets in the room which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and great pubs and restaurants nearby. the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

The WiFi was a bit spotty and wasn't always reliable. the acoustics in the hotel were not the best, so noise could be heard from other rooms and the street outside at times.
