I stayed at Ord Arms for a short break and was greeted warmly by a multi-talented staff member who showed me to my tidy and clean room with a nice view. The bath had plenty of hot water and the bed was really comfy. All the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was easily found on a main route and offered a good choice of delicious, well-cooked food. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ord Arms! the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our visit. the hotel was clean and comfortable, with delicious food and comfy beds. the location was perfect and the parking was easy. Although the wifi was only strong in the foyer, it was the same at other places we stayed, so it wasn't a major issue. the lobby had cozy leather sofas where we could relax and use the wifi. the Ord Arms is a historic building with lots of charm and potential.

The hotel's pub and dining area were lovely, and we enjoyed the beautiful garden space. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from on the menu, and the breakfast included in the room rate was satisfying. The hotel's location in a quiet residential area was ideal, and it was conveniently located on the bus route, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The new bar area was fantastic, providing a comfortable and enjoyable space to relax.

Visited Muir of Ord for family history research and found Ord Arms Hotel to be the perfect place to stay. Staff went above and beyond to help, food was well cooked and presented. Enjoyed a hot sunny day at Rosemarkie beach and took a Jacobean Cruise on Loch Ness, all easily accessible from the hotel. The small town vibe and beautiful garden space added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
