Value for money was excellent; the room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented with modern facilities. The location was perfect, close to the beach, surf clubs, shopping center, and restaurants. The staff treated us with genuine care and were very accommodating.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the variety of options available.

We stayed at Key Largo for a week with our young daughter and the apartment was fantastic. It was spacious and well set up, allowing her to crawl and explore safely. The apartment was also clean and tidy, making us feel comfortable. The pool and spa were great amenities, and being so close to the beach and local shops was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, with a short walking distance to the Burleigh shopping strip and direct access to the beach. We also appreciated the free access to beach and pool toys for the kids.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and shops, with a bus stop right outside. The secure parking was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well-appointed with a fully self-contained kitchen and the pool and spa were excellent.

The only downside was the lack of a lift to the third floor, but otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and amenities. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was just a short walk to a beautiful, patrolled area of the beach and there were also plenty of small parks nearby. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. this hotel provided great value, a convenient location, and attentive staff, making our 4-night stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a holiday apartment in Burleigh Heads with my sister, and I must say, it was excellent. The apartment itself was spacious, with modern furnishings and it was spotlessly clean. We especially loved the small garden and the fact that it was only a 2-minute walk to the Esplanade. The location of this hotel is wonderful, with a very close walk to a patrolled area of the beach and lots of small parks nearby.

Cupboards and certain lights in the room needed attention.

Great location in a convenient area with nearby shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. the warm swimming pool and spa had awesome jets for a relaxing experience. the staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to use pool toys and boogie boards.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, with dirty dishes and utensils, sticky floors, and dusty furniture. the lack of cleanliness was a disappointment and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

There were a few stains on the top bed cover, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the main living areas didn't have air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hotter days.
