The staff are all first class and a credit to the venue. They were accommodating to the needs of our little one, providing a high chair and setting up the table for us at breakfast. We were given an extra large room, which was a nice touch. The standard of service here is excellent, and the little things they do to make your stay enjoyable make all the difference. The complimentary bottle of prosecco on New Year's Eve was a lovely gesture. The location is a bit out of the city, but the Mersey rail station is close and easy to use to get into the city centre. We will definitely be staying here again.
