The hotel exceeded my expectations - great rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, convenient location near metro and shops.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the highway and a big mall nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, especially Ercan at the reception. The internet connection was reliable and fast. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and service.

I had a fantastic stay at Boursier 1 & Spa. the room was incredibly comfortable, with a modern and well-maintained bathroom. the staff were exceptional - very helpful, cooperative, and polite. Mr Hadi, in particular, provided great assistance, and it was a bonus that he also speaks Arabic. Ms. Zakiya, Ms. Nihal, and Mr Murat at the reception were always ready to assist us, with Ms. Nihal even taking the time to personally show us a nearby place. the hotel is conveniently located, with malls and cafes nearby, and transportation was easy with taxi service readily available. the hotel was impeccably clean. a wonderful experience.

I stayed in a hotel located near Astoria mall, which was very convenient for shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had helpful facilities such as a pharmacy nearby and friendly staff who assisted with translations and transportation arrangements.

The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and could use improvement.

The location was great, near a mall and transportation. the breakfast, with Turkish tea, was delicious and included in the stay. the massage and sauna were a relaxing and enjoyable complementary service.

The room was not well maintained and needed cleaning. the staff, except for one, had language barriers and were not helpful enough in accommodating needs.

I stayed at Hotel Boursier 1 & Spa for 3 nights for a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both in English and in Georgian. The location was very convenient and accessible. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped and impeccably clean.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! From the location, nestled in a nice and quite area close to two metro stations, to the top-notch service, everything was exceptional. The room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle were all very convenient. My room was beautifully designed, complete with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and soundproofed rooms. The spa & wellness centre featuring a sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and turkish bath added a great touch to my stay. Moreover, the staff were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed, and the breakfast was delicious.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
