The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was great with easy access to tourist areas. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The communication with the company was excellent.

Right in the heart of everything, with all the tourist spots, pubs, and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff, especially Ms. Gaynor, were super helpful during our check-in. Big thumbs up!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic music system. The location was perfect for us, close to all amenities and within walking distance of popular sites like Edinburgh Castle and Old Town. The staff treated us very well, allowing us to check in early and storing our luggage before and after our stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed at My-Canning Street Apartments and got great value for my money. The room had all the necessary appliances and clear instructions provided. The location was perfect, close to the city center, and the staff was very helpful and communicative.

The location of My-Canning Street was ideal, just a short distance from Edinburgh Castle and New Town. We loved the spaciousness of the main bedrooms and having two bathrooms was a great convenience. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essential items, although having salt and pepper would have been a nice addition. The welcome staff at the business office were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely stay at My-Canning Street again.

During our stay, we encountered a minor inconvenience with the shower in the second bathroom not working. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed during our stay.

key arrangement on arrival was not ideal

We stayed at this apartment over Christmas and it exceeded our expectations. The two-floor layout, three double bedrooms, and two shower rooms provided plenty of space for our family of four. The open-plan living and kitchen area was well-equipped and the underfloor heating added a cozy touch. The contemporary furnishings and cleanliness made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with an amazing Italian restaurant around the corner and the castle and Royal Mile within walking distance. The staff at the reception area were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome even during the busy holiday season.

The breakfast menu could have been better. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the apartment, such as a toilet roll holder and lock in the bathroom needing to be fixed.
