The hotel is located right in the centre of Scarborough, making it convenient to explore the town and visit the beach via the Tramway. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms were well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a bath and shower, and even though there was no air conditioning, the electric fan provided was sufficient to keep us comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the attentive waitress made sure our boiled eggs were cooked to perfection.

New year's eve was a blast! We stayed at a hotel by the sea, and we had a lovely time. Likes - the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, plenty of options to choose from. We could have our full English breakfast and continental breakfast to start the day. the hotel is in the perfect location for exploring, with the beach just a stone's throw away. Best - the lovely dining room was perfect for enjoying meals, and our room had a tea and coffee-making facility that we took full advantage of.

The old sash windows in the room that we couldn't open easily, and the room was a bit too warm for our taste. Despite the hotel's central location, the noise from the noisy extractor fan on the building opposite made it quite a noisy room.
