I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do - sightseeing, shopping, and going to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who provided excellent service. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered room service and laundry facilities, which were very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right by the beach, making it convenient for families with children. You can easily spend the day building sandcastles and enjoying the sea. The hotel also has a brilliant fish restaurant where you can enjoy delicious seafood dishes. Plus, if you have a car, there's a parking facility nearby at the BIC where you can park. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is freshly cooked, offering a great start to the day.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the conference centre, making it an ideal choice for business travellers. The large restaurant, with its sea view, provides a pleasant setting for meetings or networking events. The hotel's proximity to the beach is also a plus, particularly for business travellers with disabilities. The staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and ample bathroom accessories.

Some rooms may be uncomfortably hot, particularly during hot weather, as there is limited airflow from the small windows.

Some issues with the room temperature and damp towels on the first night. Slow service during dinner with a 50-minute delay between courses.

our recent stay exceeded expectations. The friendly and professional staff, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast made our experience enjoyable. Park Central impressed us, surpassing our previous stay in Bournemouth.

The location couldn't be better, as it is right on the beach and close to all amenities. We also received a free upgrade to a sea view room, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was very comfortable, with a small seating area that was perfect for us and our toddler. The breakfast in the crab restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff in the morning were very friendly and attentive.

Everything was spot on.

The complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival were a nice touch, along with the free Wi-Fi. the hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. the room was also spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding.

The buffet breakfast could have been better, as the food seemed to have been sitting out for too long. some of the staff were not very attentive or friendly, leaving a bit of a negative impression.

Recently stayed at Park Central for a weekend getaway. Spacious room with seating area and dressing table annex. Quick service and great breakfast selection. Fantastic location just minutes from the seafront. Easy parking arrangements across the road. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially Alessandra. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk through a well-maintained park to the town center and within easy walking distance to the shops. We also enjoyed being opposite a lively night club, which added to the exciting atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. They even arranged for breakfast to be served in our room upon our late request. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The garden furniture outside was a lovely touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, a television, and an alarm clock for our convenience. the level of comfort and quality services provided here exceeded our expectations.

This place comes highly recommended to family and friends.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Staff were welcoming and upgraded us to a sea view room. Room was cosy, clean, and had lovely decor. The breakfast at The Crab restaurant was delicious. Hotel is close to the beach, Pier, and town centre.

High price doesn't match room expectations. Recommend this hotel.
