Nice Jacuzzi, but could have been warmer. Tasty food, especially fish, pizza, and cakes. Convenient public transportation options. Excellent service, friendly staff. Good location, short walk to the beach, free transfers available.

The room was spacious, modern, and had a great view. The hotel staff, especially the housekeepers, were hardworking and attentive.-The food at the restaurant was good, especially the salads and meat options.

The cleanliness of the outdoor areas, including the adult spa and main pool, was lacking. Dirty tables, sunbeds, and scattered glasses and cigarettes were common sights.

Great value for money with comfortable beds and a variety of activities. The hotel staff were lovely and created a vibrant atmosphere. The kids' swimming pool and playground were well-maintained, and there were also sports facilities available. The night shows were outstanding and different every night. The buffet offered a wide variety of foods and the staff were friendly and interactive with guests and children.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety and better coffee.

We booked a last-minute break with our children and had a fantastic value-for-money stay at Servatur. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The sports court, table tennis, and pool were a hit with our boys, while the park and splash park kept the girls entertained. The friendly staff, especially Guadalupe in the restaurant, made us feel welcome. The delicious food had great flavor, and there was always something new to try. The location was good, with a big supermarket nearby.

The hotel had a quick and easy check-in process, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. The staff provided all the necessary information and we were given wristbands in just ten minutes. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly cooked and hot options. The catering staff did a great job. The rooms were well-equipped and even had a free-to-use safe. the pool bar had an excellent self-service system.

That there were doves roaming around the pool area where the food was served. It would have been better if the food area was bird-free to ensure hygiene.

We stayed at Servatur for a family vacation and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The family room came with a spacious terrace/yard for the kids to play in. The pools were both clean and well-maintained, and the gym was perfect. The staff was friendly and the animation team did a great job with entertaining shows and activities for both kids and adults. The room itself was immaculate with a nice balcony, comfortable beds, and hot water with good pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice and the location was convenient for accessing the beach, restaurants, and shopping area. our stay exceeded expectations.
