Great location but some annoyances

Really loved how close this place is to the Earls Court Tube station! Super handy for getting around. The staff was okay, but the bathroom really needed a deep clean—so gross! There were loud guests and the breakfast selection was kinda lacking. Still, can't beat the location for exploring London!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely location, very close to a tube station and all you need nearby. The room was perfect and had everything I needed. The staff at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay special, decorating our room and leaving delicious treats for our 11-year anniversary. The hotel even provided a smartphone in the bedroom for easy navigation. All the staff, including Yasmin, Ori, and Jesus, were fantastic and friendly. it was a great place to stay with everything you need.
