We stayed at Park House for a weekend getaway and were delighted with our experience. Our room on the top floor had a quiet and breathtaking sea view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The well-presented breakfast, served by attentive waitstaff, was a delicious start to our day. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of individual toiletries in the bathroom, a thoughtful touch.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, the value was off the charts! The room I stayed in was cozy, had a shower and bath, and it was spotless. The location was great, with a sea view from my room, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe offer more variety or options. But overall, it was a minor thing compared to the rest of my experience.

Checkout was friendly. Staff always helpful. Amazing water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Dated but clean room with a spacious wardrobe.

We stayed at a budget hotel on the quieter North Shore. The location was convenient, as it was right across the road from a tram stop. Our room was comfortable, and despite some cleanliness issues, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and we enjoyed the in-house entertainment. Plus, we had a lovely sea view from our room.

The TV reception was poor, but it didn't bother us much as we didn't watch it much anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices for drinks and the set dinner were very reasonable, especially compared to other places. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were excellent, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and having a bathroom with 2 double beds was a fantastic bonus. Lastly, the location on the quieter North Shore was perfect for a peaceful getaway.

The radiators in my room weren't on, making it a bit chilly. However, everything else was more than satisfactory.

They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. the view from my room was also a highlight, especially in the morning when I could enjoy a beautiful sight. the location of the hotel was ideal for my business trip, with easy access to important places in the city.

The bar prices were also high, making it more appealing to find alternative options. This was particularly inconvenient for me as I struggle with walking.

The food was delicious, especially the full English breakfast, and the service was excellent. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great location on the Promenade, with side views of the sea. Room on 3rd floor was clean and well-maintained, with bath and shower. Delicious breakfast and excellent value dinner option. Enjoyed the evening entertainment and dancing to the DJ's music.

TV struggled

We had an amazing time during our recent trip! the breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. our room was beautiful and had a stunning view of the water. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore all the local attractions, and we were just a short walk away from the best beaches and restaurants the town has to offer.

The bed, which unfortunately wasn't that comfortable. Although we didn't expect a luxurious bed, it could have been better for someone with a disability like me.

The hotel's location on the quieter North Shore of the city was perfect for us. We were close enough to the busy side of town to walk or take a tram ride, but far enough to enjoy a more subdued visit. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated right across the road from a tram stop, making transportation around the city a breeze. The breakfast provided a good choice of options and was promptly served by the attentive staff. The cleanliness of the room, as well as the hotel facilities, were excellent.
