I was impressed with the fantastic location of the hotel, right in the heart of Nottingham. It made it so easy to explore the city and enjoy the shopping, nightlife, and delicious restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel was easily accessible by car and had convenient parking options available.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness center and parking directly opposite. The location was ideal, right in the center of the city but not above any noisy bars or clubs. There were plenty of other attractions to explore, besides the Christmas Market. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was top-notch! The room was impeccably clean with sealed and disinfected amenities. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great, especially the convenient "to go" bag. Great location and facilities! the reception staff were very helpful, especially when my car got blocked in the underground parking. They arranged for a taxi to drop me off and pick me up, all on the hotel's dime. the rooms were comfortable and what I expected. the cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

the smoking room I was given was a big disappointment, especially since I had requested a non-smoking room due to my migraines. the smell was unbearable.
