We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being right next to a major train station which made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services ensuring it was always tidy. The comfortable bed provided us with a great night's sleep and the lounge/bar area was inviting.

It's also located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of breakfast options and is well placed for most tourist attractions, including theatres. The staff is friendly and provide great service, and the breakfast has a fantastic assortment of food.

I recently stayed at Park Plaza for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location near Victoria Station was incredibly convenient, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The front desk staff, especially Sophia and Ellis, were fabulous and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our room, although initially disappointing, was eventually upgraded to a much nicer one overlooking Gillingham Street. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel had modern amenities like air conditioning and electric curtains. The staff even provided us with an electric heater when the heating system wasn't working yet. the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The buffet breakfast was impressive and there was even a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making sure I had a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The staff were generally uninterested, but PK tried his best to make amends. The reception desk didn't seem to understand my request for a daily newspaper, and there was some confusion about my upgrade request.

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location just a five-minute walk from the Gatwick Express. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with quality toiletries. We also appreciated the bus stop right outside the hotel. we would recommend Park Plaza for its great value and central location.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at a hotel in central London. They offered complimentary mulled wine and mince pies to all the guests. the hot chocolate in the room was a nice touch. the location was spot on - walking distance to all the major attractions and a short tube ride to further locations. the hotel also had a lovely lounge area with a fireplace which made for a cozy night in.

The rooms were quite small and the bed was not the most comfortable. the walls were thin, and we could hear the conversations from the neighboring rooms.
