our valentines day stay at park view in falmouth exceeded expectations. the spacious and bright room with a peaceful view over the park was a highlight. the fully equipped communal kitchen and useful amenities made our stay convenient and enjoyable.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The location overlooking a beautiful park was perfect. Street parking was easy, but be cautious if you have a low suspension. The Captains Quarters had comfortable double and twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. TV in each room was a bonus. The walk through the park to town was delightful. Quiet and convenient location with excellent kitchen facilities.

Would recommend this hotel.

Our room at Park View was spacious, clean, and had wonderful large windows that provided a beautiful view. The location next to Kimberley Park was a highlight of our stay, and everything in town was within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The shared kitchen next to our ground floor room was occasionally noisy late at night, and the main entrance was nearby, causing disturbances whenever someone came or went.

My recent stay at Park View was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The shared kitchen was huge and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location, overlooking a lovely park and just a short walk into town, was perfect. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as having different sizes of glasses in the room. The off-road parking area was also a huge bonus. I had an extremely enjoyable stay and would definitely choose to stay at Park View again.

In terms of minor drawbacks, the coffee and tea caddie lids as well as the fridge door needed a clean, but this did not significantly affect my overall experience. Additionally, one more shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been useful, but that's just being picky.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and stylish decor. The facilities, especially the communal kitchen, were excellent and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location, close to the town center, down to the harbor, and by the park, was incredibly convenient. It was right near everything I needed to be in this city.

The facilities were great, especially the lovely kitchen and the high-tech room access. The shower had different pressure options and the room had a big TV and plenty of storage space. The location was also a bonus, being close to everything and with a beautiful view of Kimberly park.

Great location near a park with playgrounds and just a short walk to the central square with shops. Super convenient for parents staying with kids and great for exploring the area on foot. the room was fabulous! Full of character, really huge for one person, and decorated in very good taste. I loved the big TV and the little corner by the window where I could enjoy my morning tea. the view of the park was a bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The carpets in the communal areas were very dirty and the drains had a really unpleasant smell. It felt like someone had used the toilet right before we entered.

Some areas of the room looked tired and there were safety hazards, such as flooring in the bathroom coming up. Limited breakfast options, with only tea bags available and no shop open on a Sunday to buy groceries.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated in a residential area super close to the town center. Despite its proximity to the bustling area, it remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The rooms were spacious and modern, with big TVs and Netflix access. The fully fitted kitchen was fantastic, providing all the necessary amenities to make our own meals. the rooms were light, airy, and very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One minor downside was the lack of a handrail to help climb the steep steps to the entrance, which could be tricky for some guests.
