We had a fantastic and efficient stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of Hà Nội. The location was perfect, right in the action of the old quarter. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, although a bit smaller in size. The staff at Carillon Boutique Hotel were exceptional, from check-in to check-out. They were helpful, warm, efficient, and prompt in attending to all our requests. Special thanks to Rose and Ruby who checked us in and provided valuable assistance throughout our stay. The staff even waved us goodbye as we departed for the airport. The personalized service made us feel special and we highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel had a great location, with all the main attractions just a few minutes’ walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was small but cleverly laid out, making the most of the limited space. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our entire trip, and the breakfast was always delicious.

The room faced the street and was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times. There was also a bit of dust on the floor that could have been better cleaned.

We had an amazing stay at Carillon Boutique. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and our room was upgraded. The beautifully decorated rooms and super comfy beds made for a comfortable stay. The location was great, just a short walk to the lake. The hotel even went the extra mile by helping us book trains and providing advice on excursions. We loved it so much that we stayed multiple times during our trip to Vietnam.

We had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Hanoi. The staff, especially Ruby, went above and beyond to help us with organizing our boat cruise in Ha Long Bay and our overnight bus to Da Hang. The level of care and customer service we received was outstanding. The location of the hotel in Hanoi's old quarter was perfect, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms were cute and comfortable, with a great bed for a restful night's sleep. We even received a room upgrade for our honeymoon, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was right in the heart of the action, making it convenient to explore the city. They even packed us a delicious breakfast for our early departure. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Carillon was amazing! Great location, excellent customer service from staff especially Ruby. Helped us book trips to Ha Long Bay and Da Hang. Stylish decor, comfy beds, ideal location in Old Quarter. Luggage storage for trips. Junior suite with balcony had stunning views. Full marks for breakfast options.
