The location of Bacchus was perfect and the room was brilliant. We had adjoining rooms with a little bathroom in between, which the kids loved. the staff were lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and we even enjoyed a nice lunch there. our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be returning.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a hotel which was located perfectly near a town and had a spacious room. We were delighted with the delicious food and the lovely breakfast staff. the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were abundant, giving us a cozy and relaxed feeling.

There was a lack of information regarding where to go and the dog policy. some staff members were rude and unhelpful, making our stay unpleasant.

We had a fantastic time at Bacchus! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. the restaurant served a delightful afternoon tea upon our arrival, and the breakfast room offered a wonderful selection of delicious food. the rooms, although slightly dated, were spacious and impeccably clean. We especially appreciated the early check-in arranged by the accommodating staff, and Jen the cook was incredibly helpful and friendly. the overall ambiance and exceptional service from the entire team truly set Bacchus apart. I recently stayed at a hotel in Sutton-on-Sea and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for my Vintage weekend trip. I loved that there was plenty of parking available at the hotel, making it convenient for me to come and go as I pleased. The room I was given was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the abundance of Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room, as it allowed me to enjoy a warm beverage whenever I wanted. The evening meal at the hotel was exceptional, with several delicious vegetarian options to choose from. The breakfasts were also first class, from the self-serve table to the cooked breakfast. The bar area had a great selection of beverages, including a wide variety of beer. I must also mention that the staff at the hotel were excellent, providing warm and welcoming service throughout my stay. One particular staff member, Anthony, deserves special recognition for his exceptional hospitality. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had an amazing weekend at The Bacchus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was large and comfortable. They even went the extra mile to accommodate our last-minute request for a room with a bath. The breakfast was sensational, with high-quality ingredients and plenty of options. It was a refreshing change to encounter such a lovely breakfast staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. We will definitely be coming back soon.

our honeymoon at bacchus was beyond amazing. sutton-on-sea is a hidden gem, and bacchus made it even more special. the staff were superb, the bed was comfy, and the bar meals were delicious. we'd definitely come back and recommend it to others.
