The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Everything was within walking distance, including all the tourist sites and bus stops. It made exploring the city so convenient. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.

One negative aspect was the issue with the heating in the room. the windows were faulty, and even though they were closed, the wind from outside made the heating system ineffective.

Conveniently located, easy to reach from the train station within a few minutes. Recently refurbished, cozy communal lounge with a fireplace to relax in after a long day of exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff when needed, with free Wi-Fi available throughout the stay. Comfortable rooms with some nice touches, such as fluffy towels and comfy armchairs. Breakfast has plenty of choices and is served in a lovely atmosphere.

The location of Parliament House was unbeatable - within walking distance of all major attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. Despite some noise from the street, we slept well. I would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money and excellent location that allowed us to walk to all the city attractions and transport. the room was super clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable city break.

The furniture in the room was a bit old and tired and ready for replacement. Although breakfast was ok, one morning we had a bit of a difficulty with one member of staff who was not helpful when asked to top up some items.

The breakfast offered a great variety of options, both continental and cooked. the hotel had a classic and quality feel to it.

There was some difficulty in finding the hotel due to roadworks in the area.

The hotel is in a great location close to the city centre with several points of interest nearby such as the Calton monument and Wavely station. You can easily walk down the street and find local coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great service and a tasty breakfast.

One guest complained about a disappointing meal at the hotel bistro, with the fillet steak being raw, fatty and tough.

Despite being in a busy city center, the room was quiet and very comfortable. a great value for the price with delicious food and excellent service.

Additionally, it was conveniently located near tourist bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and their facilities were top-notch. This hotel is situated in a very quiet area, at the end of the street, yet within walking distance to all attractions. The location is excellent, with lovely views across to an old cemetery. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly and provide great service. Breakfast is included and offers traditional options, with toast arriving quickly alongside your main meal.

The only downside was the slightly stale croissants for breakfast.
