The room we stayed in was quite nice, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower room. The decor was pleasing and everything was kept clean. We also appreciated the strong WiFi signal, which allowed us to stay connected during our stay. the location of the hotel was convenient for us, as it was close to a popular tourist attraction.

There were several aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. the noise from the pub downstairs was extremely loud, especially during the evenings.

We randomly picked this hotel for a quick stopover and it turned out to be a great choice! The rooms were spotless and recently refurbished, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed having a few drinks in the pub and loved the fact that it was featured in a famous movie. The locals were friendly and even gave us recommendations for local shops and takeaways. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a couple of small issues during our stay. One night, there were some rowdy locals in the pub garden, which was a bit disturbing.

Reception didn't expect us despite confirmation and payment taken 1 hour before arrival. The sat nav may not lead to the train station directly. Good parking situation, walkable distance to train station.

The location was great, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. we had a lovely quiet stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

stayed at a place in Welwyn Garden City before, but Pear Tree Inn blew me away! The chaps at check-in were friendly, the room was warm and cozy, and the shower was amazing. Plus, the downstairs bar serves outstanding Indian street food. Can't wait to go back!
