I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the sea. the rooms were beautiful, with stunning views of the harbour. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the white linen bedding and soft towels added a touch of luxury. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the bus and train stations. the staff, especially Sue on reception, were fantastic and made my stay even more enjoyable. the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and the breakfast was plentiful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on future trips to the area.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem with its breathtaking panoramic views of the stunning St Ives Harbour and Bay. Situated right on the seafront, you can't get any closer to the water than this. The location, set on the side of the cliff, provides a unique and picturesque setting for a memorable stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the well-furnished rooms with an extra bed for added convenience, to the friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided are of good quality, and the breakfast with its fantastic views is the perfect way to start the day. The value for money is exceptional considering the incredible views and prime location.

One of the highlights of our stay at this hotel was the fantastic location. Situated right on the waterfront, our room had a balcony that offered stunning views of the water and the small beach when the tide was out. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

I got great value for my money at Pedn-Olva. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One of the best things about this hotel is its incredible location. Situated right on the sea shore, you'll be treated to breathtaking, panoramic views of St Ives Harbour and Bay. The hotel is set on the side of a cliff, so you feel like you're right on the water, with waves crashing against the rocks just below your balcony. It's in a very picturesque setting, near the harbour in St Ives, making it convenient for exploring the town.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this seaside hotel. The location was perfect, with marvellous views of the sea right from our room. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and a fantastic shower in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved sitting in the bar area, taking in the stunning views.

That the bathroom was a bit small, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking vistas of the coastline. I also loved the spacious and clean room that we had, making our stay very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Caitlin who provided excellent service during dinner.

The parking situation in the area was quite challenging, with limited reserved spaces and a high demand. This left us with a negative impression and unlikely to return.

During our stay at Pedn-Olva, my partner unfortunately injured himself and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They provided early check-in, helped with our luggage, and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The service was outstanding and turned a challenging situation into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The panoramic 180 degree views of the harbor and bay were breathtaking. The location was perfect, as we were right on the sea shore and close to all the sights of this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Not one thing.

Although there were some positives to our Christmas stay, there weren't many. One of the few things that we appreciated was the clean room and fresh towels every day. We were able to easily park our car and not worry about it for the rest of our time there.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a bit underwhelming. the location wasn't as great as we were led to believe.

Great Location but check your room!

Although I didn't have dinner at the hotel, the breakfasts overlooking Porthminster Beach were excellent. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just perfect.
