Super friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and we were even able to take home some homemade jam. The location was perfect for exploring Snowdonia and the grounds were well-maintained and picturesque. Lots of amenities including a hot tub, on-site car park, and outdoor dining area. The property had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. Plenty of entertainment options with a flat-screen TV and board games provided. It was great that pets were not allowed, ensuring a clean and pet-free environment. No smoking on-site, which was a definite plus for us.

The rooms were nicely furnished and had a good selection of movies and books to keep us entertained. The view of the fields outside was fantastic. Plus, having a hot tub to relax in after a long hike was a definite bonus.

The lack of a shower curtain was a bit inconvenient and made it difficult to take a proper shower. , the sink in the bathroom was poorly designed, with the water taps being too close to the edge, making it hard to wash hands without splashing water everywhere.

Great value for money, cozy room with a comfy bed, and stunning surroundings. The staff at Penmachno Hall were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of food options.
