The maids at Norfolk Mansion - Luxury Serviced Apartment are incredibly thorough and kept the room very clean during my stay. I was impressed with their attention to detail. Additionally, the 2 bedroom apartment they upgraded us to was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a nice place to relax, as it was cool and not crowded. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the flavorful broth in the pho. Despite a credit card issue, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even providing us with free detergent and shaving kits. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and great service.

We spent Easter weekend at a serviced apartment in the heart of a bustling city. the spacious apartment was perfect for our family of four, and we were pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast and the breathtaking views from the large balcony. the location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants available within a short walking distance.

we found that the bed was uncomfortable, which made getting a good night's sleep more difficult than we had hoped. These factors detracted somewhat from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The location of our apartment was perfect for us. It was within walking distance of great Chinese restaurants and other dining options. We were also close to shops and all the sites we wanted to visit. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with two bathrooms for convenience. The staff provided impeccable service and made us feel welcome. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, and the pool was refreshing. We had a great experience overall.

That the apartment did not have a toaster, but that was a minor issue considering all the other amenities provided.

Luxuriously accommodating hotel, with fantastic amenities including an outdoor pool with sun loungers. the private facilities in the apartment were of high quality and impeccably clean. the hotel staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Location was convenient for exploring the city.

While the staff informed us of the deposit upon arrival, it was frustrating that it took a few weeks for the credit to be processed, requiring time spent monitoring our bank account. It would be helpful to receive acknowledgement if the deposit had been processed the following day.
