The staff at Pier 36 were absolutely incredible. They went over and above to accommodate us, even though their kitchen was closing. The evening meals and breakfasts were perfect and plentiful. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgraded room without even requesting it. Such friendly and professional service, with nothing being too much trouble. The desserts were amazing, and the breakfast was huge and delicious. The staff even made us feel like we were part of the show "Hope Street" with their attention to detail. This was a memorable experience for our third wedding anniversary.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house over a bar. The location was fantastic, right on the sea front, with fabulous views from our room. It was also centrally located, close to all shops and pubs in this town. We loved being able to visit local butcher and farm shops nearby. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice bar and restaurant that served lovely food. The breakfast menu was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Pier 36. The view from our room overlooking the harbour and town was simply breathtaking. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Donaghadee and the stunning coast. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the evening meals were also excellent with plenty of choices to suit everyone in our group. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. One staff member even noticed that we missed breakfast and kindly invited us back for a delicious meal. The pub/restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The menu was varied and the food quality was good. The location was perfect for exploring the area and there was plenty to do nearby. The room was spacious and had a fridge, which was a nice bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to standard. The floors and carpets were dirty, the toilets didn't smell fresh and the en suite was not well-maintained.

Luxurious amenities at this hotel really made my stay unforgettable. The staff was always attentive and would frequently check on me to ensure that I was enjoying my stay. The room was spacious and came equipped with a stocked fridge. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with many options to choose from, and the lounge area was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink. The private facilities available were impressive and added to the exclusivity of the hotel. The location, right on the sea front, made for a stunning view.

Only one minor issue during my stay, as I found it difficult to get the information I needed about the hotel's facilities. It would be useful for there to be more easily accessible information for guests.

The restaurant served excellent food, both for breakfast and dinner, with a good variety of choices. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Pier 36! The room was big and very clean, with a unique personality that made it stand out from typical hotels. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. We especially loved the Smith room, named after the Titanic captain, with its interesting memorabilia and stunning sea view from the large windows. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices. our experience at Pier 36 was superb, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed for my husband's birthday in a spacious room with a sea view. The Drake room had a lovely view of the harbour and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed a great meal with the fish being a standout. The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic with a wide variety of choices. We will definitely stay at Pier 36 again.
